Kate Weimer

As Senior Strategy Director, Kate works to craft elegant and enduring digital experiences that can grow with businesses. She brings a user-centric and data-driven approach to her projects, collaborating closely with clients to develop tailored solutions that have the power to drive meaningful organizational and behavioral change.

Kate brings over a decade of experience managing large-scale digital projects for non-profit, consumer tech, and enterprise clients. Before joining AREA 17, she led product and design teams for high-growth technology and mobile gaming companies on the west coast. Her background in game and product design informs the perspective she brings to her strategic work today. She has a degree in Digital Media from the University of Southern California.

Outside of work, she splits her time between Brooklyn and the Hudson Valley. Fascinated by emerging technology and its relationship to culture and economics, she loves to read non-fiction, experiment with new tools and find novel ways to bring creativity and expression into her day-to-day.
