Ashley Ashe

As Associate Production Director, Ashley balances strategic vision with operational rigor to drive portfolio growth, optimize workflows, and deliver measurable client impact. Over the past twelve years, she has led complex digital, branding, and technology initiatives across industries, from enterprise AI and fintech to fine arts and cultural institutions, partnering with clients to turn ambitious roadmaps into best-in-class experiences.

Ashley began her career in Colorado tech startups before bringing her digital expertise in-house to blue-chip art galleries, including Gagosian and Hauser & Wirth, to support digital innovation projects in the commercial arts and culture sector. She then transitioned into agency life in NYC, overseeing product delivery and account health for clients including Google, NBC Universal, and Omada Health. Along the way, she earned a PMP certification from Cornell University and developed a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach that she applies to interdisciplinary production today with AREA 17.

Outside of work, Ashley pursues creative and athletic passions with equal enthusiasm. She maintains a ceramics studio practice in Brooklyn, always has a road cycling or running event on her calendar, and spends weekends reconnecting with her Hudson Valley roots, camping, hiking, skiing, and eating her way through upstate New York.
