Senior Operations Specialist

Mary’s sense of hospitality and desire to uplift those around her drives her in everything she does, especially in her role as Senior Operations Specialist. That includes maintaining open communication, anticipating needs, and ensuring systems are in place for the whole team.

She studied Economics and New Media & Digital Design at Fordham College at Lincoln Center, during which time she began working with Tandem Hospitality as a Creative Operations intern. She spent 5 years with Tandem, growing into their Creative Lead and HR representative before transitioning to Hill Country Hospitality. With Hill Country, she worked on a wide variety of projects, including onboarding digital systems and technology, assisting with recruiting, hiring, and training, and generating creative assets.

You can usually find her playing volleyball in the city, testing new crochet patterns, or trying a new recipe. And if she’s not doing any of that, she’s probably catching up on her favorite shows on the couch with her cat, Cheeto.
