McKenzie Hayes

Associate Partnerships Director

As Associate Partnerships Director, McKenzie is part of crafting and implementing business development processes for the agency, identifying needs for our clients, and building strong relationships with our partners.

After several years working brand-side in fashion, McKenzie joined King & Partners in 2019, where she worked to build the agency's hospitality portfolio and new in-house digital marketing services. She then worked with Hugo & Marie for the next three years, overseeing new business and managing relationships with a fashion-oriented portfolio of clients including Saint Laurent, The Row, and Clinique.

You can find her exploring the city, catching films at New York's independent theaters, or hitting the gym for some calisthenics or boxing. McKenzie is also a violist, and treasures duets with her brother, a cellist, when she can.
