As an interface engineer, Seth collaborates with designers and application engineers to build performant, functional and pixel-accurate interfaces. Although currently focused on front-end development, he is a designer and full stack developer with experience working in Ruby on Rails, Laravel and WordPress. His key engagements include Library of America, IBM, Harvard Art Museums and Dering Hall.
Seth is a graduate of New York University with a degree in Theatre and a Minor in Web Programming and Applications. As an in-house designer and developer at the Alliance of Resident Theater, he maintained the organization’s website, designed brand collateral and developed their social media strategy. While at Studio Sofield, an interior design firm, he implemented internal database solutions for large retail projects. Before joining AREA 17, Seth further augmented his skills as a full-stack developer by completing an intensive coding bootcamp at App Academy.
Seth is passionate about the arts and is deeply engaged in the New York theatre community – as a director, producer and a member of the audience. He is also a big basketball fan who cannot miss a single game. “Go Dubs.”
