In his role as technical director, Tom is a lead within the engineering team and an advocate of our engineering techniques and philosophy. As a full stack developer, he pairs with both front and backend developers to help solve complex coding and performance challenges. With in-depth experience of a range of frameworks and platforms, Tom works as part of the strategy team, advising clients on technology decisions and how they may impact the business. His key client engagements include Harvard Art Museums, Hudson Institute, The Century Foundation, Library of America, New York Media Center and Landor.
Tom spent most of his early life in France, where he studied at the engineering school E.C.E. of Paris. From there, he continued his studies in both Madrid and Montreal where he further honed his technical abilities and expanded his repertoire of languages, learning English as well as Spanish. After building his coding skills at digital agencies in Paris, Tom moved to New York in 2010 to work as an ecommerce engineer for Totsy, a private sales website for baby and kids.
Through his passion for music, Tom founded 143, an online publication dedicated to the art of the DJ.
